Yes. We offer free delivery worldwide.

Yes. As soon as your order is printed and dispatched, we send you a tracking link/number from which you can track your order.

Keep a track on your inbox. As soon as you receive tracking information email from us, click the link provided to you and track your order.

100ilkov has partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Usually, the delivery address (country) is the biggest factor.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. We ship to all countries internationally.

At 100ilkov, shipping refers to an unfailing and efficient shipping process, so late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn’t arrive, you can use the tracking information, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery.  If this isn’t resolved, please contact us best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your purchase and want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with our prints. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

You can return your purchased items within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition

  • Be in the original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at support@100ilkov.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@100ilkov.com.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@100ilkov.com.
